Dr. Sharon


Dr. Sharon joined Life Focus Center in 2016. She  is an Ordained Minister of Pastoral Care and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Christian Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary and is a Certified Temperament Therapist, Life Coach and Marriage Coach with specialized training in Christian Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Christian Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Christian Mindfulness and Meditation.

Dr. Sharon is a change agent dedicated to helping individuals experience true transformation-spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.  With a deep passion for seeing lives restored, she is committed to guiding others from brokenness to wholeness and from bondage to freedom.  Drawing from her own journey of healing, she ministers with compassion, wisdom, and grace, integrating biblical principles with clinically informed techniques to bring lasting change.


Her life and work reflect the heart of Isaiah 61:1 & 3:


"To comfort the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captive...to give beauty for ashes, joy instead of mourning, and praise instead of heaviness, that they may be called trees of rightousness."


Dr. Sharon is joyfully married and blessed with two children and grandchildren.  Her mission is to empower others to embrace the fullness of life, peace, and purpose that God destined for them.
