Ciara McDowell serves as the Organizational Development and Operations Manager at Life Focus Center, where she supports the growth and structure of the ministry through developing systems, partnerships, and counselor support processes. With a heart for both people and organization, she is passionate about helping create environments where individuals can experience lasting transformation through God’s Word. Ciara is a wife and mother of three and is deeply committed to living out her faith in both her home and her work.
