Allison believes that true healing and transformation are found in Jesus Christ. Her work is rooted in the truth of Scripture, guided by sound clinical practice, and centered on the redemptive love and grace of God. She specializes in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, and also supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, codependency, betrayal, and infidelity.

In counseling, she helps clients gently explore deeper wounds such as identity, attachment, shame, trauma and broken trust while grounding their healing journey in the hope, truth, and restoration offered through Christ. Together, she works with each client to renew the mind, strengthen healthy coping skills, and rebuild a sense of worth that is rooted not in performance or control, but in God’s unconditional love.

Allison’s desire is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel free to be honest about their pain, questions, and struggles—without fear of judgment. Whether you are battling disordered eating, recovering from betrayal, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, you do not have to walk alone. Allison views counseling as a sacred partnership, inviting God into the process and trusting Him as the ultimate healer.

Allison truly believes that it is an honor to walk alongside individuals as they experience freedom, healing, and deeper intimacy with Christ.

When Allison was called into counseling, the Lord impressed 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 on her for her assignment: “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” Allison desires to pour the same comfort into others that she received from Jesus.

Allison is a single mom to her toddler boy, and in her free time enjoys spending time with loved ones, leading a women’s life group, hiking, working out, baking and anything that sparks creativity.
